Olive Lane at Waverley is a residential development by Lindum, combining traditional brickwork with strong architectural detailing across a contemporary housing scheme.
A key feature of the development is the repeated use of pitched gables and parapet details, with coping providing a clean and consistent finish across the rooflines.
For the project, Lindum chose the Build-Lite Lightweight Parapet Coping System to deliver the appearance of traditional stone while offering a much lighter and more practical alternative.
With extensive coping required across the development, the choice of product needed to work not only from an aesthetic perspective, but also from a construction and specification standpoint.
