A recent project required decorative façade mouldings that could achieve the classic stone aesthetic required by planners, while avoiding the structural weight and installation challenges associated with traditional stone.
The contractor partnered with Build-Lite to supply a range of lightweight architectural mouldings, including window surrounds, string courses, decorative detailing & parapet coping.
The goal was to deliver the desired architectural finish while maintaining efficiency during installation and ensuring the building structure was not subjected to excessive loading.
